Energy-Based Therapies

Your Energy Matrix

Your body is built of energy and interacting energy systems. There is mounting evidence that the body's energy systems are involved in emotional disturbances, and that interventions into these systems can shift the brain chemistry in a way that helps overcome many psychological problems.

According to the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (www.energypsych.org), there are three major interacting energy systems in the human being: meridian pathways and acupoints; energy centers, also called chakras; and the human biofield that permeates and envelops the body. When these energetic body elements are brought into balance, you feel good -- physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

How I Work with Your Energy Matrix

In my practice, I work with your energy matrix, and I teach you how to work with your energy matrix, using three powerful techniques:

I help you apply these modalities to any problem you are having. They are especially effective for my areas of specialization: Infidelity Trauma, Childhood Trauma, Adult Trauma, and Physical Challenges.

Benefits of Energy-Based Therapies

When you use energy-based therapies, you realign your energy field for optimum physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You re-establish well-being after trauma or crisis. You release negative emotions and limiting decisions from the past and change negative behavior. As a result, you increase your well-being, your self-esteem and your self-acceptance and improve your relationships.

Additionally, in any of life's disruptions there is instructive, transformative potential. Using energy-based therapies, you uncover this potential so that when you move forward, it is with new energy and purpose. In addition to finding a sense of peace, you activate new aspects of yourself that you may not have experienced before.

While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results and is rapidly gaining in scientific support, it must still be considered to be in the experimental state and thus practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. The information on this website and the use of EFT and other energy-based therapies is not intended as medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not intended as a substitute for conventional medical interventions. You are encouraged to talk to a licensed health care professional about what treatments are best for you. Although there is no guarantee that you will have the noteworthy results that are consistently reported with EFT, it is entirely possible that, at the very least, you will be motivated and inspired toward growth of consciousness and increased light-heartedness with regard to your own healing journey.
